We bought a bifold door in 2014 and received no FENSA certificate after chasing multiple times. The door became faulty - the doors leant away from the frame when opened meaning we couldn't use the door at all - they didn't want to know. Had to go through solicitors to claim costs back but they have ignored all communication and have changed their name to get around the action. Have had to buy a brand new bifold from a different, PROPER company. Absolute cowboys and will be reporting to office of fair trading.
