Met one of the services guys working on a car-very pleasant. directed me to reception, met a young lady who took my details and asked me to wait- very accommodating. A second lady showed up, spoke to her , she was very good, said my car wasnt on their system but offer to help. Guess what she really did her best and provided the code to my car system- saved me 60quid and a drive to MK for a code. Brilliant service
