The electric cooker oven was not heating. I believe in getting items repaired rather than throwing them as it is not good for the environment. I made enquiries from a large insurance company. They wanted £155 for the repair and cover the appliance for one year. I came across this company on the Internet. They agreed to repair for £45 plus parts. I bought the element via the internet. The engineer (Ash) visited from the company and he repaired it very quickly. I was very happy with the outcome. It was win-win in every way.
