- sumair jahangir Review added: 2018.04.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆my employer have sent me to the shop, it was my first in booker and i went to reception and provided a lady with a number as i was asked by my employer to go through and the lady seemed like very annoyed at the time asking me the name of owners of the business which i have provided the she went on asking for address i also provided that too but apprently she wan not satisfied so she asked for phone number and i said i cant remember it let me give it to you from my phone she instantly got rude and said it is a security question i am asking you can not look at your phone! i was astonished what on earth is she taliking about i have provided her with all details of business but phone number and she is trying to intemidate me for no reason. therefore, i said to her if it is too difficulit for you to then i will not shop and inform my employer of your behaviour, my empliyer is going to make an official complaint of the incident but i feel like i should express my experience so others could learn from it. bookers may be a good place to shop in bulk but at the end of the day people paying to buy stuff form it and employees like her are main reason of booker losing their sales and damaging its worth.
