On drop off, we arrived early due to good traffic. They were unhelpful, we had to pay for additional parking and then they turned up 15minutes after the agreed time (1hr 15minutes after we arrived at airport). We actually ended up checking in then going back to the car!
On pick up, we agreed a 10am pick up. Long story short, they didn't give us the car back until 11:11 and we were waiting over an hour in a car park after an 8 hour flight. They also dented a woman's car who was also waiting with us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
