They tell you on the phone that you might be offered, in person they tell you they cannot (it is fine if they don't or you want different options that are not nhs covered) and you can hear on the phone on your way out other people being told that they offer nhs. I will also check with nhs services to see that I really didn't benefit of anything since I paid in full.
